Put 2-3 drops directly on to your yoga towel or on your wrists prior to class. Post class the oils can also be used in the bath, in an aromatherapy burner and on your pillow at night.
Add 4-10 drops to the bath after it has finished running. (For children or individuals with sensitive skin add to a tablespoonful of milk & then add that to the bath -as it improves dispersion)
Add 2 drops to a tablespoon full of Sweet Almond Oil or good quality Olive Oil and massage into the affected area or back.
Put 2 drops onto the pillow or the front of nightclothes or onto a handkerchief.
Put 4 drops into a small dish of water on top of an Aromatherapy burner.
